We exclusively produce custom LED neon signs. LED signs are much more environmentally friendly, more durable and have a longer lifespan than traditional glass neon signs.

We offer battery operated neon signs for signs of up to 3 feet wide by 1.5 feet tall. Please contact us if you have any questions about battery powered neon signs and we will be happy to assist you.

From the moment of placing the order, it takes approximately 2-3 days to complete the production of your custom neon sign.
Delivery worldwide then takes another 5-7 days. In total it will take 8-10 business days to receive your custom neon sign.

Yes! Upon request, we can weatherproof our single-color or multi-color LED neon signs so that they can be used in outdoor environments.
Please note that however outdoor signs won't be equipped with dimmer nor remote control as those accessories can't be waterproofed.
Our outdoor LED neon signs enjoy a 1-year warranty period.

- Warranty will be valid for 12 months for both indoor and outdoor signages from the day of delivery.
- Other electrical components such as the power supply, adapter, and dimmer are covered by a warranty period of 12 months, provided they are used appropriately.

All Neonific sales are final. In the rare event that the sign arrives damaged/defective, with a typo, or the wrong color, we will replace the sign for you free of charge.
