Every Neonific sign comes with a 1-year warranty covering all electrical components. In the unlikely event that the sign fails within the guaranteed period, we will perform the necessary repair, or replace the parts free of charge.
Similarly, if your sign arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement at no cost. Should this occur, please email photo or video evidence of the issue to support@neonific.com within 24 hours of receiving your package for assistance.

You can expect to receive your sign in about 7 to 15 business days.
Because every piece is made to order and customized, all sales are final, with the exception of receiving a faulty or broken product.
If your sign arrived broken, defective or in the wrong color, please contact us at support@neonific.com within 24 hours to initiate the exchange process.

3 Easy Ways To Install Your LED Neon Sign

Stand-offs

Use the pre-drilled holes on the sign to mark positions on the wall. Drill screws into the marked spots and secure the sign firmly with stand-offs for stable installation.

Suspension Kit

Attach the provided cables through the sign’s pre-drilled holes. Secure the cables to your desired hanging surface (e.g., ceiling), ensuring stability and proper alignment.

Adhesives

Apply adhesive strips (purchased separately) to the back of the sign. Press firmly onto a clean, smooth surface for proper adhesion. Ensure the surface is dry and dust-free.

I started by requesting a quote for a design I didn't have in mind, but provided content. Later I was able to update my RFQ with a specific design idea. Neonific prepared a mockup, and it gave me new ideas. After a few font and color changes, Neonific even worked with me on a price to fit the planned budget by appropriately sizing the sign. I didn't realize it would come with a remote, which was a welcomed bonus surprise. The sign was a gift from our team to a colleague. Production and shipping were quick, and it was packaged very well!
